Gerri's Crystals was
founded by Gerri Behan in 2000. It is licensed in the City
of Roseburg, State of Oregon. The company was founded in
California where Gerri and her family lived. In 2009,
Gerri and her husband Robert moved to Roseburg, OR and
subsequently the operation was moved to OR. Before this venture, Gerri
had been working as a health care clinical data analyst with
hospitals and medical centers in Califoria for many
years. She fell in love with Swarovski crystals while
taking a beading class and subsequently spent endless hours
in working with different designs using Swarovski crystal
beads. Her enthusiasm led to her meeting of a Swarovski
executive who encouraged her to pursue this business. In
2002, Gerri left her full time position with the Hospital to
devote to her business.. Gerri's son, Sean, joined the
business in 2003 and Sean oversees operation while Gerri
concentrates in customer relations and business development.
Gerri has also developed through the years photography skill on
small objects and the pictures on the beads are all photographed
by Gerri herself. Gerri's husband, Robert, is a professional accountant.
Robert helps out with the books, taxes, and other administrative
duties. After the business moved to Oregon in September,
2009, Sean remains as an advisor but no longer works in
operation. Gerri's new partner, Cindy Norton will be taking over
the day to day operation with Gerri.
Our mission is to

possible. She also works diligently to acquire hard to find
beads that are rare including vintage beads and large sizes and
discontinued colors that are well loved by many and offer to our
customers at a fair price.
We commit to
providing the best customer service and fast shipment to the
best of our ability. Gerri answers all of her customers'
emails and orders are shipped no later than 24 hours during the
week.
Comments and
recommendations are always welcome by Gerri's Crystals. It is
through customers' feedback that we can continue to improve and
grow.
