Q: Do you have a printed catalogue?

A: No. We have an on-line store which we can update changes in inventory in a timely manner. New arrivals can be added and out of stock items are made known as soon as they happen. Printed catalogue is unable to reflect these dynamic changes.

Q: Do you have a retail store?

A: No. Our business license is Mail Order Business and as such we cannot conduct it as a retail business. Our prices also reflect that they are substantially lower than retail.

Q: I am experiencing trouble sending in my order with the Shopping Cart. It does not let me submit my completed orderIt tells me that my URL does not match with your URL.

A: Occasionally, different setups in your browser may cause the inability to use the Shopping Cart. We have an alternate order form that you can use to submit your order. Either fax it in at 541-378-4552. You may also phone it in at 541-378-6171.

Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?

A: We try to keep our prices low and a small $20.00 requirement is to cover the labor, supplies and bank charges of small orders and to encourage our customers to save on shipping and handling charges by minimizing the frequency of small orders.

Q: When will my order go out after I submit it?

A: Orders usually go out within 24 hours Monday through Friday by US Postal Service.

Q: Would I get a tracking number for my package?

We use the US Postal Office as our primary shipping service.  We find this to be the most economical , most simple, and most efficient.  USPS does not provide point to point tracking information.  However, there is a confirmation number in its data base once the package is in the mail system.  Query of the confirmation number on line will show delivery date AFTER the package is delivered, not while it is in transit.  

Q: Is my information secured and protected?

A: You are ordering under https with 128 bits security. We respect our customers' privacy and under no circumstances we share this information with any third party.
